Wet Dust Collector
The Wet Dust Collector allows for the safe capture and collection of combustible dust such as aluminium, magnesium, niobium, tantalum, titanium and zirconium. Dust-laden air enters the collector, runs through an aqueous bed of water, and is then pressed against a series of internal baffles to separate the explosive particles from the air-stream. Clean air is exhausted through the outlet stack, and the hazardous dust is contained in the bottom of the collector where it can be safely removed at regular maintenance intervals.

Options Available
Bolt-on downdraft tables are available in four standard sizes as well as in custom dimensions. Tables can be constructed out of powder-coated mild steel or stainless steel as needed and ducted to any wet dust collector.
Exhaust hazardous hydrogen gas as metals oxidizes in water. The vent fan will safely remove hydrogen gas when the wet dust collector is not running. The NFPA requires the use of a vent fan for magnesium particles.
Easily remove accumulated sludge and debris in a wet dust collector. This pneumatic vacuum quickly cleans particulate from the scrubber basin and deposits it in a standard 55 gallon drum.
