You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, provided that;
If your product was purchased more than 30 days ago, your return may be subject to a restocking fee, which can be confirmed when requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Our Customer Service team can provide detailed instructions to you on how best to return your product. You will need to obtain an RMA# prior to returning your shipment. Any product that is returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.

Please be advised that credits can take up to 14-30 days from the day we receive your items in our warehouse. Once your credit is processed it will be put back directly into your credit card.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for full refund and place a new order.
